Supplements and Your Energy

Are the supplements you’re feeding giving you insight about your beliefs around the health and wellbeing of your animals?
Think of what you feed your animals and why… there’s a story behind all of our choices.
Supporting this, negating that, protecting this, eliminating that…
When we consider feeding something, there’s always an energetic tone behind that decision.
For example, I’ve been considering a joint supplement for one of my horses. Behind that, as well meaning as it is, is a belief that the joints of this horse do not currently have everything they need. There’s a vibrational tone, however small, of fear that there is pain, discomfort, degradation, and a need for additional support.
Of course food matters. Plants, herbs, and whole foods hold their own potencies, nutritional properties, and benefits. However; Even when an herb known for their unique healing or nutritional qualities, it doesn’t mean it will benefit your animal just because it possesses those qualities. Every body is responding differently to the environment they’re in. Every body is holding a different constitution and different vibrational energy.
So, now what?
I’m not saying don’t feed the supplement at all. I’m saying get in full alignment with the wellness first, and let the supplement be amplification of that energy.
(A step further, a placebo).
People ask me all the time, how do I know I’m making the right decision?
Because it feels good. It FEELS right.
When you feed a supplement because you believe in its ability to amplify an already well animal, you’re feeding them that wellness.
When you feed a supplement because you believe your animal needs to be fixed or helped in some way, and the dominant energy is one of ‘unwell’ however small, you will most likely find yourself cycling through supplements as your animal helps you find a more energetically balanced way of thinking and supporting their bodies.
Have you ever shopped around with a certain type of supplement in mind and you can’t quite make the purchase? You find yourself reading reviews, looking at articles, researching individual ingredients. Going back, comparing companies, asking around…That’s your higher self seeking alignment first.
That’s intuition.
You think you’re missing it. You think it’s indecision, or money, or whatever else, but it’s the wellbeing inside of you seeking alignment with the wellbeing in your animal first.
